More than 300 young real estate professionals gathered for UJA-Federation of New York’s REX Premiere on at Ascent Lounge in New York City. Danielle (Chayot) Lombardo of Lockton Companies and Joseph Koicim of Marcus & Millichap served as Premiere chairs. Micah Goodman of Benefit Street Partners LLC serves as REX chair, and Michael Vickers of Vickers Realty, LTD serves as REX vice chair. REX attracts young leaders from New York’s real estate, construction, design, and related industries, including owners, developers, attorneys, financiers, and investment strategists, who come together to help people in need, build strong relationships with colleagues in the field, and explore issues that delve beyond the New York real estate community.
