Max Dobens, Douglas Elliman’s senior regional executive manager of sales for Brooklyn, led a team of 61 agents from around the country to cycled from Highlands, New jersey to REiNVENT, Douglas Elliman’s annual national sales and networking conference, in Atlantic City.
The 2016 Ride to REiNVENT brought together agents from Connecticut, Westchester, Aspen, LA, Florida, Long Island and New York City.
Together, and with Elliman’s support, the participants raised $200,000 for charity that provides nutritious meals to people who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves.

Rebecca Kilbourne and Howard Morrel of Engel & Völkers New York Real Estate are listing the Flatiron building Billy Bush bought last December for $8.8 million.
The recently department Today show correspondent had reportedly planned to renovate the 7,000 s/f multi-unit building into a single family home.
Bush bought the property from Steven Ostad with approved plans by ODA architects to create a six bedroom, 6-bath townhouse complete with a roofdeck and pool.
The property is listed at $8.25 million.

The company has been working with Samsung to create their first virtual reality home listing video.
Prospective homeowners can float room to room and capture each and every detail of the home from top to bottom from the comfort of their couch.
