IN PICTURES: Related’s Carnegie Park Fall Fete

Last night, The Related Companies and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group hosted Carnegie Park’s Fall Fête event toasting the condominium’s top-selling brokers and brisk sales pace. Stephen M. Ross, Chairman and Founder of Related Companies, welcomed the crowd and announced the latest stages of development for the residential tower, which was the top selling building in Manhattan for the first half of 2015 and nearing its 200th sale less than nine months after launching sales.  The event was held in Carnegie Park’s Robert A.M. Stern-designed amenity spaces, including the entertainment lounge, children’s playroom, custom three-lane indoor swimming pool and private outdoor patio. Brokers enjoyed passed bites catered by Michelin-starred Chef Michael White’s Altamarea Group and live entertainment by Juilliard School of Music’s Chase Bard Jazz Quartet. Guests also had the opportunity to win exclusive prizes such as tickets to see Misty Copeland at the American Ballet Theatre, a double magnum bottle of Chateau d’Esclans Garrus rosé, one-year Equinox membership, and much more.  Carnegie Park offers 287 homes that range in size from one to five-bedrooms, with prices ranging from $955,000 to $4,985,000. Pricing for Penthouses range from $4,795,000 to $7,150,000.
