Kenneth Horn, president of Alchemy Properties greeted brokers and guests at the Kimpton Hotel Eventi’s, South Veranda, which overlooks The NOMA site. Guests were able to view the progress of the building, which is now starting to rise out of the ground. Activity has been strong since sales launched, and they are now close to 50 percent sold.
