The 1,250 s/f ground space also comes with a basement for storage.

Jacqueline Klinger, the lead broker from SCG Retail who represented the tenant, explained, “Honeybrains is a café and retail store with a focus on brain health.

“For decades we have heard about the heart and products and activities that are heart healthy. Honeybrains is trying to do the same thing for the brain.”

Alon Seitan, one of the owners and creators of the concept, is a neurologist and has focused much of his career on memory disorders. Dr. Seifan started one of the nation’s first Alzheimer’s Prevention clinics while an assistant professor of neurology at Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Honeybrains is the world’s first food and technology café dedicated to enhancing and protecting customers’ minds.

The people behind the concept are a fusion of restaurateurs and medical scientists. Honeybrains offers natural foods, supplements, plant-based juices, raw honey and lifestyle technologies to improve brain function and performance.

Honeybrains was also represented by Taryn Brandes of SCG Retail. The landlord was represented by Chris Owles of Sinvin Retail.
