Herrick, Feinstein’s real estate and art departments recently held “The Art of Real Estate” at Tribeca Rooftop. The event, Herrick’s 11th annual real estate networking event, was attended by more than 400 real estate executives and art world luminaries, including Andy Warhol muse “Baby” Jane Holzer, Ken McKenna and Joanne Mournet of Doyle New York, Judith Pearson of ARIS Title Insurance, New York State Supreme Court Judge Barbara Jaffe, City Councilmember David Greenfield, DDG’s Joe McMillan, JDS Development’s Michael Stern, CBRE’s Susan Kurland, Frank Sciame, Jason Muss and many others. Besides the tremendous sunset views from the Tribeca Rooftop, guests were buzzing about artist James McNabb’s twelve-foot wooden sculpture of Manhattan, which was displayed at the event.
