The Level Group has gathered a group of power players to dish some “Inside Information,ˮ at a commercial real estate symposium later this month.
Brittany Bragg, COO, at Crown Acquisitions; Bill Scully, managing director, Asia Pacific Land; Jon Simon, founder/CEO, Simon Baron Development; Joseph “JJˮ Sollazzo, economist, CoStar Group; and Michael Greenberg, CEO/general counsel, Level Group will take part in a panel discussion moderated by Real Estate Weekly managing editor, Linda OʼFlanagan.
Level Group leader, Larry Link organized the event to get some insight from the experts on their respective markets.
They will also share their personal stories of success.

City Connections Realty has launched its new City Beat Newsletter.
President David Schlamm came up with the idea saying, “There are so many newsletters out there coming from real estate firms with many being pretty much the same.
“I came up with the idea of using music as the focal point as almost everyone likes at least one form of music. With City Beat, we cover everything from hip hop to opera.”
City Beat can be customized to the individual CCR agent who can also use it to tailor-make their own mailings.
“Simply put, CCR agents can decide how much or how little they want to customize the newsletter each month,ˮ said Schlamm, a well-know Deadhead.
“They have control over content and messaging. And it’s through this ongoing experiment that City Connections Realty will continue to add new features and topics from the insight and ideas that are garnered from the feedback received from both agents and readers.ˮ
The Corcoran Group sent a delegation to The Luxury Property Show in London earlier his month.
Julia Cahill, Tim Davis, Jim McCann and Lydia Sussek were showcasing a collection of homes from the New York, Hamptons, and Palm Beach, Florida markets.
The team also offered advice on the financial advantages and investor benefits of U.S. property ownership.
