Jerome Aluminum Products Corporation provided intricate interior and exterior glazing services for The Standard Hotel New York, at 848 Washington Street.

Interior at the Standard Hotel

The completed a number of sophisticated glazing services and product installations for the hotel, including mirror glazing and shower doors throughout the building, full ceiling mirrors in the lobby and unisex restrooms, as well as various mirror and glazing projects throughout the restaurant, bar and amenity spaces.

Only the highest quality of glass and metal finishes were used throughout the building in order to uphold the innovative and elegant aesthetic of The Standard.

Jerome Aluminum Products was selected for the project because of the firm’s track record of completing glazing projects of large size and complexity with a distinctive combination of skill and professionalism.

The Standard was impressed with previous glazing work that Jerome Aluminum Products had completed with Pavarini Construction Company, convincing them to award the firm with the project bid.

The mirrored ceiling of the hotel lobby, the glazing of the large shelving units in the restaurant and the decorative glass of the 18th floor club area presented unique project challenges, but Jerome Aluminum Products’ team was able to overcome them.

Family owned and operated for over 50 years, Jerome Aluminum Products specializes in all facets of architectural glass and aluminum and has extensive expertise working on projects of all sizes and scopes.
