GFI Realty Trades Bronx 29-Unit Multifamily Building for $4.150M

GFI Realty Services, LLC today announced the $4.150-million sale of 1342 St. Lawrence Avenue, a multifamily building comprised of 29 units and an antenna, located in the Soundview section of the Bronx. GFI Realty Director Zachary Fuchs, on an exclusive basis, represented the seller Sam Zherka, and the buyer, Marc Resnick.

Constructed in 1928, the five-story building totals approximately 20,620 square-feet and is composed of 23 one-bedroom apartments and 6 two-bedroom apartments.

“This property had been under the previous ownership for 30 years” said Fuchs. “The buyer immediately recognized the value of this kind of asset and intends to keep the property for the long term and invest in capital improvements.”

The building is located in proximity to the Cross Bronx Expressway, the Webster Avenue commercial corridor, and the 6 subway line.
