Gourmet food purveyor The Fresh Market, inked a long-term, 20,000- s/f retail lease at the iconic and high-profile shopping center Woodbury Common in Woodbury, NY.
Arranged by retail broker Gregg Carlin of CBRE’s Long Island office, the transaction has sparked renewed interest in the center by a number of major retailers.
The Fresh Market’s commitment is also a continuation of the chain’s expansion in the market, as Woodbury Common will serve as its fourth location in the New York Metropolitan area.
