Fox finds new Upper East Side home

After 25 years on the Upper East Side, exclusive residential brokerage firm Fox Residential Group has moved its headquarters to 14 East 60th Street, between Fifth and Madison Avenues.

The central location of the office is within close proximity to both the Upper East and West Side residential buildings, with access to midtown East and West locations, as well as the trendy downtown neighborhoods.

Joseph Hilton, Murray Hill Properties, brokered the 1,700 s/f lease in the property, which is owned by  Omnibuild Corp.

“We’ve totally renovated the space with a slick, contemporary design by Marjorie Hilton Interiors, along with extensive infrastructure upgrades and the latest hi-tech equipment.”

Founded in 1989 by Barbara Fox, Fox Residential is known for its tight-knit team of 50 associate brokers and agents, including a core group of top producers who started their real estate careers with the firm 25 years ago. The firm specializes in sales and luxury rentals throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Westchester.
