RKF has arranged four leases on behalf of Off The Wall Frozen Yogurt.
The locations are 4 West 14th Street in Union Square, 248 West 23rd Street in Chelsea, 1053 Second Avenue in Midtown East and 11 Times Square in Times Square, representing a total of 9,400 s/f of retail space.
These lease signings mark Off The Wall’s debut in Manhattan from their original site in Cedarhurst, NY.
RKF vice president Joshua Strauss and director Zach Winkler exclusively represented Off The Wall Frozen The landlords are Chelsea Fudosan, Ltd., SJP Properties, Ozymandius Realty, and Buchbinder Warren, respectively.
