Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance, a national real estate services firm, announced that Jeffrey Rosenblatt, Executive Managing Director of the firm’s New York office represented footwear design company the Vince Camuto Shoes (VCS) Group in the company’s recent lease expansion at 1370 Avenue of the Americas.

VCS Group, which has occupied space in the building since 2002, is now leasing an additional 5,600 sf on the 9th floor. With this new expansion, the trendy fashion retailer will occupy approximately 33,000 square feet of showroom space on the entire eighth, ninth and fifteenth floors of the property. In addition, VCS Group is now the largest tenant in the building.
“A leader in the fashion industry, expanding at 1370 Avenue of the Americas to three full floors was the right move for the Vince Camuto brand,” said Mr. Rosenblatt.
Patrice Meagher, Jackie Marshall & Paul Amrich represented the landlord in the transaction.
Jeffrey Rosenblatt also recently represented VCS Group in their expansion and renewal prior to this transaction. Some of the Camuto Group’s brands include Vince Camuto, Jessica Simpson, Tory Burch, BCBG Maxazria, & Lucky Brand.
Vince Camuto previously expanded in fall 2012, when it took 6,000 square feet of office and showroom space in the 311,500-square-foot building. Rosenblatt, then a senior managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented the fashion company in that deal as well.
Patrice Meagher, Jackie Marshall and Paul Amrich of CBRE represented the landlord, Principal Real Estate Investors.
The Camuto Group, formerly headed by the late Vince Camuto, who passed away in January, was formed in 2001 by Camuto, after he previously founded retailer Nine West.
