The national leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman, Joseph Aquino, Executive Vice President, and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group is marketing the first of five stores in a block-front at 2094-2104 Frederick Douglass Blvd., between 113th and 114th Streets.
Located on the east side of the Boulevard, it is close to such thriving retail businesses as Organic Forever, Franz James Floral Boutique and Tribeca Pediatrics, as well as such banks as Chase and HSBC.

Among the many nearby restaurants and lounges along the corridor are 67 Orange Street, The 5 and Diamond, Bier International, Amaretto Espresso Bar, The Park 112, Melba’s, Harlem Food Bar and Frederick Café Bistro.
“We have been instrumental in revitalizing this corridor for the past three years,” points out Ms. Consolo. “Our goal is to continue bringing much-needed services and specialty retail to the area to address the changing neighborhood profile.”
Adds Mr. Maglio, “This section of Frederick Douglass Boulevard is now considered Harlem’s ‘Restaurant Row.’ Clearly, the new residential development and expanding tourism have had a tremendous impact on local retail.”
The former tenant in the space was Express Cleaners.
