Women’s fashion brand, Notations Inc. has committed to a 25,000 s/f of space at Olmstead Properties’ 525 Seventh Avenue.
Notations Inc. plans to relocate and expand its corporate showrooms and offices from 1407 Broadway to a full floor at 525 Seventh Avenue that previously housed a division of Jones New York.
The average asking rent at the 23-story, Art Nouveau office tower located just south of Times Square is $59 psf.
Savitt PartnersĘĽ Marc Schoen, Brian Neugeboren and Michael Schoen arranged the transaction on behalf of Notations Inc. Jones New York was represented by Amanda Bockman, Kevin West and Frank Doyle of Jones Lang LaSalle.

“A tenant for over 20 years at 1407 Broadway, Scott sees this move as an opportunity to better position the company by having a full floor presence and a modern build out, in a building with an impressive tenant roster.”
525 Seventh Avenue is home to many of today’s top fashion companies, housing some of the hottest names in the contemporary, junior and missy category, as well as designer, bridge, menswear, urban and children’s wear.
In addition to Notations Inc. other premier tenants include Nicole Miller, SouthPole, NYC Alliance, Fashion Avenue Knits, ABS and Almost Famous.
