Halstead broker Eva Penson has moved to Douglas Elliman as she works to expand her business nationally and internationally.
“Douglas Elliman’s ability to provide its agents with the best technology, resources, and unparalleled local, national, and international reach allows me to increase my business and value for my buyers and sellers,” said Penson.
A polish native, Penson speaks French, Polish, Russian, and English. Her clients are high net worth individuals and her focus is on luxury

condominium and cooperative apartment sales across Manhattan.
Penson works with developers in New York and has an in-depth understanding of the South Florida market where she is currently licensed.
She is joining Elliman’s flagship office at 575 Madison Avenue. “Eva’s tenacity and knowledge of the ever-changing global marketplace make her extremely valuable to her clients and customers, and to all of us here at Elliman. We are thrilled she has joined our team,” said Dottie Herman, president and CEO, Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
“Douglas Elliman’s strong presence in all of our markets, including New York and South Florida, provides a unique platform for Eva to continue to grow her business in both re-sales and new development. I look forward to her continued success,” added Howard M. Lorber, Elliman chairman.
Before joining Halstead, Penson worked for a small commercial real estate company where she handled sales and coordinated management. She is a native of Krakow, Poland, and holds a master’s degree in International Business and Trade from the University of Miami.
