Eastern Consolidated marketing 325 Lexington Ave. restaurant space

Eastern Consolidated’s Retail Leasing Division has been tapped as the exclusive agent to market a prime Midtown East restaurant space at the base of a newly constructed 31-story luxury condominium at 325 Lexington Avenue between East 38th and 39th Streets.

Senior Director and Principal James Famularo is representing the owner of the space, which offers over 2,300 s/f on the ground floor, 800 s/f on the lower level, 23 feet of frontage along Lexington Avenue, and 20-foot high ceilings.

The site is fully vented and includes bathrooms on both levels, grease traps, and floor drains.

“This location would be ideal for a fine dining or fast casual tenant because it is in an underserved restaurant market where embassies and consulates, office and residential towers, and Grand Central generate considerable foot traffic,” Famularo said.

“Customers are waiting on line for over an hour at Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s Momosan Ramen & Sake across the street, and experiencing standing room only at Salvation Taco around the corner, so there’s a strong demand for good food in this area.”
