Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced the opening of their new Park Slope office, as the company continues to expand in the Brooklyn real estate market.
The new location, situated at 187 Seventh Avenue, has twice the space of the firm’s original 154 7th Avenue office, which will be closing following this relocation. They will now have the ability to house 50-60 agents in the 1,700 s/f space.
“Park Slope has always been a huge focus for our Brooklyn real estate team,” said Molly Townsend, executive manager of sales, Brooklyn. “We are thrilled to be able to move into a larger, more dynamic space that will allow our agents to thrive and to be active, engaged members of the community.”
Max Dobens, senior regional executive manager of sales, Brooklyn, added, “187 Seventh Avenue is in the heart of Park Slope, and we’re sure that this prime location will be ideal for Douglas Elliman’s new office. We are absolutely delighted to be able to call this state-of-the-art space our new home.”
Douglas Elliman was represented in the lease in-house by Louis Puopolo and Peter Gross of Douglas Elliman Commercial, while Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors represented the landlord, Sugar Hill Properties.
