Done Deals: Roundup of the week in residential sales

CORE’s Adrian Noriega closed the biggest sale of last week at the Selldorf-designed 42 Crosby.

Unit 5S closed at $10,545,356 after being listed by Noriega in January for $10.45 million.

The 3,299 s/f three-bedroom, four-bath stunner is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, bringing the outdoor in and vice versa.
