DONE DEALS: Carnegie co-op record

Stribling agents Bahar Tavakolian and Ido Friedman have arranged the largest co-op sale in Carnegie Hill since 2014.
Unit 14L at 1125 Fifth Avenue, closed last week for $19 million.

According to Stribling’s most recent Manhattan Market Report, the average price for a four-plus bedroom co-op was $5,939,716. The sale of 14L is more than triple the city-wide co-op average.

1125 Fifth is a full-service pre-war building and the five-bedroom, 5-bath apartment has 50 ft. of Central Park frontage.
