Oxford Property Group/Spire Group is set to start construction on a 62-unit luxury residential building in Riverdale, in the Bronx.
The 50,000 s/f 12-story building will be located at 2893-95 Valentine Avenue in the heart of the vibrant, residential Bronx neighborhood near the Hudson River.Â
The building will also offer residents mostly two-bedroom apartments with covered outdoor parking, a laundry room, community room and landscaped outdoor garden area.
Construction is expected to be completed in January 2024. Â
“This is a great location in an area in need of additional quality housing,” said Adam Mahfouda, CEO of Oxford Property Group/Spire Group who explained that the land where the building is being built was comprised of two adjoining lots with private three-story homes on each.
Oxford purchased the first home in 2019 and the second in January of 2021.
