C&W brings Korean cosmetics brand to Lexington Avenue

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term lease for Innisfree, a South Korean cosmetics brand, at 750 Lexington Avenue.

The space will become the brand’s second flagship location in the United States.

Executive director Andrew Kahn and senior director Christian Stanton represented the tenant. Jason Pruger, Harrison Abramowitz and Adam Weinblatt from Newmark represented the landlord.

“As Innisfree continues to grow its presence in the United States, the company will be greatly advantageed by premier visibility at 750 Lexington and tremendous daily foot traffic in proximity to this location,” said Stanton.
“With Bloomingdale’s directly across the street, the property benefits from a diverse mix of neighboring affluent traffic generators, including 9.5 million-square-feet of office space within ¼ of a mile.”

750 Lexington Avenue provides a total of 4,500 s/f of space, consisting of 1,600 s/f on the ground level, 2,300- s/f on the lower level and 600 s/fof mezzanine space. The property also provides 25 feet of frontage on Lexington Avenue.
