Corsair Ventures Opens The Riley Tech-Forward Smart Apartment Homes in Burleson

Corsair Ventures, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based real estate development company, opens The Riley, a 178-unit residential multifamily community in the Fort Worth suburb of Burleson. The Riley luxury apartment homes are located at 480 Commons Drive in Burleson.

“The Riley is aimed at meeting the growing housing demand in Tarrant and Johnson Counties with a premium apartment offering,” said Brian Park, development partner at Corsair Ventures. “Centrally located with easy access to major highways, this upscale neighborhood offers excellent retail shopping, diverse dining options, live entertainment and outdoor adventures.”

Designed by HEDK Architects, The Riley offers studio to three-bedroom units averaging 880 square feet. Each unit includes Smart-Home controls, wireless gigabyte high-speed internet, stainless steel appliances, wood-like flooring, expansive walk-in closets with wood shelving, designer lighting, quartz and granite countertops, large kitchen islands and spacious balconies.

The Riley is located within the highly rated Burleson Independent School District and offers an easy commute to downtown Fort Worth, surrounding cities and DFW International Airport. In addition to The Presidio at River East and The Stanley at Chisholm Trail, this is Corsair’s third project in the area.
