The commercial’s star is a French bulldog, Marcel, and features Marcel’s quest to find the perfect home to suit his needs. The commercial demonstrates how Marcel uses the newly revamped and reimagined Corcoran website and its various applications to find a new home that truly fits his lifestyle. Using corcoran.com, Marcel finds his perfect apartment while also finding interesting things in his new neighborhood including a great brunch spot, a spa and a dog run.
According to Corcoran Chief Marketing Officer, Christina Lowris-Panos, “We wanted to show how corcoran.com allows consumers to find the home where they can live who they are. Through Marcel we see how the new corcoran.com takes you beyond the four walls of the home to see what it is really like to live in each neighborhood.” Lowris-Panos continued, “In mid-November, Corcoran’s YouTube channel reached a milestone of more than 500,000 views. The Marcel video alone accounts for 1/3 of the total views since it was posted online Nov. 15.”
When users visit corcoran.com, they have a wealth of information at their fingertips, information designed to help them understand what it would feel like to live not only inside the four walls of a home, but also within in the fabric of the community.
