Convenience store chain New Stand opening at 306 Bowery

The Blumenfeld Development Group announced that New Stand, a New York City-based retail and media startup with a chain of boutique convenience stores, has signed a lease for 306 Bowery Street.

The 6,700 s/f space consists of two-adjacent commercial units offering ground and lower level floor retail space with frontage on both Bowery and Elizabeth Streets.

“We are thrilled to provide New Stand street-level space in Manhattan, and can’t wait to see how their plans develop,” said Mark Brennan, Development Director, Blumenfeld.

“We are always looking to collaborate with up and coming companies and provide them with the ideal space to convey their branding to a strategic marketplace.”

306 Bowery Street has previously been used as a pop-up location by Peroni USA for their House of Peroni and, most recently, by Nike to help launch the Nike Kyrie 3 sneaker.

Thor Retails Advisors represented New Stand, whose current locations include the Union Square and Columbus Circle subway stations, Brookfield Place, and the new NYC Ferry fleet.
