Consolo marketing retail space at 979 Lexington Avenue

The Worldwide Retail Marketing, Leasing and Sales Team of Faith Hope Consolo, at Douglas Elliman was awarded the exclusive agency for the ground floor retail space at 979 Lexington Avenue, between 70th and 71st streets, in Manhattan.

Shoppers know this corridor as “Baby Madison” because of the chic fashion, art galleries and cafés along the avenue. Presently, the space houses DeLuxe, a purveyor of fashion jewelry.

“Baby Madison is really coming into its own now, with more and more designers and art galleries adding to the long heritage here of independent fashion houses and couture,” said Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of the Worldwide Retail Marketing, Leasing and Sales Team at Douglas Elliman.

In between French designer Cotélac and New York’s own San Francisco Clothing, the location will be available in January.
