Colliers International arranged a 24,000 s/f lease for the newest outpost of national gym brand DavidBartonGym at The Drexel Building, in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square.

Scott I. Edlitz, senior managing director for the Retail Services Group at Colliers International’s New York office, who along with senior vice president Todd Sussman represented the tenant in the transaction, said “Real estate is critical to the brand’s identity and The Drexel Building’s architecture and location at the center of Philadelphia’s retail, residential, and hospitality districts, is an ideal fit for its steady expansion.”
Alan Domb, of Alan Domb Real Estate, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Scott Edlitz also represented DavidBartonGym in securing its New York City locations at The Limelight in Chelsea, recently named one of the best gyms in America, and The Archive in the West Village, joining their Astor Place and Uptown locations; and its first location in Massachusetts at The Boston Park Plaza. DavidBartonGym also maintains existing locations in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Seattle, and Chicago. Edlitz is actively looking for new urban flagship opportunities for DavidBartonGym.
