Coldwell Banker The Bellmarc Group has entered into a deal with Hudson Heights boutique residential brokerage, Simone Song Properties.
The firm will operate as Bellmarc-Simone Song Inc. and do business under the Coldwell Banker franchise. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Simone Song Properties was founded by Simone Song in 1986 to focus on sales in northern Manhattan, Hudson Heights, Washington Heights and Inwood. Simone Song will continue to manage her office at 241 Cabrini Boulevard.

The Coldwell Banker Manhhatan now has over 650 agents, according to teh company.
