Lauren Weiner, a partner with the Siderow Group of real estate brokerages, announced being awarded the exclusive right to represent leasing efforts at two buildings owned by The Chetrit Family.
She also announced that Abraham Chetrit has joined Siderow as a leasing agent.
The office buildings are located at 286 Fifth Avenue and 447 Broadway in Manhattan, and will be represented by Lauren Weiner, Brad Siderow, who is a partner with Siderow Commercial Group, and Abraham Chetrit. Abraham Chetrit has years of experience working with his family’s real estate business.
