CBRE Group gains Hallmark assignment

CBRE Group has been appointed by Hallmark Cards, Inc., a national greeting cards retailer, to provide Transaction Management services for its office and industrial portfolio throughout the United States and Canada.

Hallmark has a broad footprint to serve its customers with products currently sold in over 30,000 retail stores across the United States.

CBRE will work with Hallmark to source office and industrial locations to support the company’s growing business.
