Thor Equities has secured a lease for BFX Studio, a new boutique fitness studio, at 1231 Third Avenue on the Upper East Side.
Located on the northeast corner of 71st Street, the new studio will occupy 10,700 s/f on the ground floor and lower level of the mixed use property, which is owned entirely by Thor Equities.
With over 26 feet of direct retail frontage on Third Avenue, the dynamic space provides BFX Studio with maximum visibility.
“We are thrilled to welcome one of New York’s fastest growing fitness studios to this premier property,” stated Melissa Gliatta, executive vice president of Thor Equities.
This will be the third New York City location for BFX Studio and is slated to open in late 2015.
