“In the first location on Spring Street, the tenant saw firsthand the benefits of the area’s influx of tourists, residents, employees and shoppers,” said Braus.

“This location will help them realize their goals of expanding the business and becoming a neighborhood institution.”

Aded Sutro, “The landlord wanted a tenant that was already established in the area, which made for a mutually beneficial transaction.”

Braus and Sutro exclusively represented Deca Salon, as well as the owner of the building, 239 Mulberry LLC, in the transaction for the 700 s/f space. Asking rent was $175 psf.
