Anonymous Content at Vornadoʼs 155 Spring

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that the firm has arranged a 10-year, 16,113- s/f lease for entertainment company, Anonymous Content, at Vornado Realty Trust’s 155 Spring Street.

Anonymous Content will occupy the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the building.

Cushman & Wakefield Director David Mainthow represented the tenant in the transaction.

“155 Spring Street is a premier location for creative, expanding businesses,” said David Mainthow of Cushman & Wakefield. “This expansion will accommodate the tenant’s continued growth and enable them to attract and retain top talent.”

Founded in 1999 by CEO Steve Golin, Anonymous Content is a production and management company that manages exceptional directors, writers, actors and comedians.

155 Spring Street is a six-story boutique office building totals 49,000 s/f.

Tenants include The Bar Method, DJULA, APM Monaco and Luana. Centrally located in SoHo, 155 Spring Street is surrounded by retail shopping, dining, hotels and entertainment.
