National grocery chain ALDI has celebrated the grand opening of its new, 23,400 s/f store at Flemington Marketplace in Flemington, New Jersey.
The 240,000 s/f open-air shopping center sits on the Flemington Circle at the intersection of routes 202, 31 and 12.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) recently was named leasing and managing agent for Flemington Marketplace.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome ALDI to this dynamic shopping center,” said LMC Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou.
“The grocery chain is aggressively growing its geographic presence in key markets throughout New Jersey and across the United States. Flemington Marketplace’s prominent and highly visible location will help ALDI gain recognition in the Central New Jersey market.”
ALDI joins many well-established retailers at Flemington Marketplace, including national anchor tenants Burlington Coat Factory, Kohl’s and Michaels.
The center’s co-tenancy also includes Chili’s, Panera Bread, Verizon Wireless, Hallmark and Cold Stone Creamery.
