Alchemy launches sales at The NOMA

JUNE1ALCHEMYAlchemy Properties announced that sales are underway at The NOMA, a new 24-story, condominium building located at 50 West 30th  Street in NoMad.

The 55 residences at The NOMA have oversized windows, kitchens with satin white custom cabinetry, pebble grey quartz countertops and marble backsplashes.  Many of the residences  feature city views and outdoor space.

Master bathrooms feature custom vanities, Kohler sinks with Kallista gunmetal-finish fixtures, marble walls, and mosaic inlaid marble radiant heated floors. They also feature oversized showers, many of which are windowed with open city views. Secondary bathrooms feature soaking tubs, marble walls and inlaid marble flooring. Powder rooms offer  mosaic tile walls with black stainless steel inset trim.

The_20NOMA_20amenity_20terrace.0Amenities at The NOMA feature a 125-foot long landscaped residents’ terrace  with an outdoor grill and dining areas. Overlooking the terrace is a library. The  fitness center is appointed with state-of-the-art cardio and free weight equipment.

Alchemy Properties’ Senior Sales Director Timothy McCarthy will lead The NOMA’s sales efforts. His new development expertise includes successful projects including One Vandam in SoHo, where he was part of the Stribling Marketing Associates team.

One- to three-bedroom residences range from 679 square feet to 2,530 square feet. Prices start at $1.35 million and anticipated completion is December 2017.
