aptsandlofts.com brokered a 1,450 s/f new lease at 225 Schermerhorn Street in Brooklyn for Tangerine Hot Power Yoga.
Chris Haven and Eloise Paul of aptsandlofts.com represented the tenant, while CBRE represented the landlord, Waterton Residential, in the transaction.
Tangerine Hot Power Yoga will be leasing 1,450 s/f on the ground floor for a 10 year lease term; asking price for the space was $50 per-square-foot.
Tangerine Hot Power Yoga will use this space for a high-end studio, with a Liqueteria featuring raw and cold-pressed juices.
“Located in Downtown Brooklyn, 225 Schermerhorn is an ideal location for Tangerine Hot Power Yoga, due to its close proximity to Atlantic Ave. and Fulton St. the building receives plenty of foot-traffic,” said Havens.
“The building also has a spacious layout allowing for an impeccable studio set-up.”
The studio features radiant heating panels and there will be a hot and cold water station with freshly laundered towels, along with a fresh raw and cold-press juice bar.
The space was designed by Ivana Martinovic and Nikola Martinovic of INM Architects.
