Brown Harris Stevens announced that Anisa Saroop has joined its flagship office as a licensed associate real estate broker.

She comes to the firm with more than a decade of experience representing a vast selection of New York City’s most coveted addresses, including luxury apartments, condos and cooperatives.
Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Saroop was a real estate professional with The Corcoran Group.
At Corcoran, Saroop was named the Manhattan Top Sales Agent of the Month twice and was honored in the firm’s Multi-Million Dollar Club.
SHe holds a degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

New to the real estate sector, Raifman, is returning to the workforce after raising her family.

Previously, she spent several years working within the financial sector.
Before her sabbatical in 2010, Raifman worked at MD Sass Investors Services in New York City as a portfolio administrator and rose to become a senior fund accountant manager.
Her professional career also includes serving as an investment administrator/fund accountant with Cohen and Steers Capital Management in New York City.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Syracuse University as well as a dual Master of Business Administration in Finance/Investments and Marketing from Baruch College.

TOWN Residential announced that licensed associate real estate broker Rado Varchola has joined the firm’s Greenwich Village office, located at 530 LaGuardia Place.
With nearly two decades of real estate experience, Varchola joins TOWN Residential from Nest Seekers International, where he was one of their top producing brokers.

Prior to that, he was with Citi Habitats, where he was recognized as their Top Individual Broker firm-wide in 2011 and won awards for Largest Bulk Deal of the year and Top Producer of the year in 2008.
Preceding his tenure at Citi Habitats, Varchola was a broker for Douglas Elliman, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer in sales and rentals.
Born in Slovakia, Varchola has resided in New York City for many years, and has been calling Manhattan’s Financial District home since 2010.
In addition to English, Varchola is also fluent in Slovak and Czech, with advanced professional working proficiency in German and Russian as well. Varchola studied at the University of Economics in Bratislava, before moving to New York in 1992.
He obtained his real estate license in 1997, and since then he has developed an extensive knowledge of New York City and impressively, Rado has totaled over 1000 transactions during his career.

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker Susan M. Singer has returned to the Corcoran Group after four years at TOWN.
For 10 years, Susan was at Corcoran, where she was “Rookie of the Year” during her first year in real estate, achieving Corcoran’s Million Dollar Club annually thereafter.
She was instrumental in Corcoran opening their Chelsea office, where she was the Chelsea Salesperson of the Year in 2006.

Also in 2006, she became known as the EcoQueen of Green as New York City’s first Certified Eco-Broker. Among her hundreds of sales in New York, as a resident of London Terrace, she sold over 170 properties there in nine years. In 2014, she sold and closed 36 properties.
She created a cartoon strip, The Adventures of the Green Queen, which she wrote and directed, and is still found on her two blogs susansingerspaces.com and ecoqueenofgreen.com.
In the early 90’s, Singer opened a green business in upstate New York where she developed and sold all natural and recycled products for the home and garden.
Returning to Manhattan, she worked as Director of Direct Marketing for American Baby magazine and embarked on a two-year degree program in Feng Shui.
She studied theatre at Lee Strasburg in Manhattan, and has taken voice lessons with a variety of teachers over the years. Since 2001, she has also worked with a jazz ensemble that performs several times annually.

Donnelly was hired to continue E&V NYC’s strategic advancement, responsible for developing the sales team through attracting and empowering talent.
Prior to joining E&V NYC, Donnelly served as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Brown Harris Stevens and Citi Habitats over the span of eight years.
Specializing in both high-end sales and rental listings, she was consistently recognized for her full-service support throughout all transactions.
Before entering the real estate industry, Donnelly worked in the TV business, and produced promotional content for several outlets including Fox News Channel and Showtime Networks.
Donnelly is a graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where she earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Television/Radio/Film and Spanish.

Antonio Del Rosario began his real estate career at Citi Habitats in 2003. He later worked at Barak Realty and A.C. Lawrence before returning to Citi Habitats in 2010.
Prior to his career in real estate, del Rosario was a manager of some of the world’s most prestigious investment banking and firms including Credit Suisse, Tiger Funds, Pfizer and McCarthy Tetrault
Born and raised in England, Jack Elliot Heard, co-founder of j + a equities team, began his real estate career at boutique real estate firm ADR New York Inc. He received the 2014 Silver Award in his short time at Citi Habitats.
Jennifer Chapman will join TOWN Residential after nearly 10 years at Citi Habitats. Her most recent sale was a multi-million dollar transaction at the new development, 234 East 23rd Street.
Sylvia Rebecca Lee began her career in the fashion industry.
Kevin Hon Sing Tsun received the 2014 Rising Star Award at Citi Habitats for his transaction record. Tsun has become the EB5 – a government incentive for foreign developers and investors, expert of the team.
Danny Agmon will be joining TOWN Residential with four years of real estate experience as both a broker and property investor. Agmon grew up in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew.
Wagner Oliveira specializes in Chelsea. Prior to joining Citi Habitats, he launched his real estate career at Douglas Elliman. Oliveira is originally from Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.

Halstead Property announced that Matthew J. Leone has been promoted to senior vice president, Digital Marketing for Terra Holdings, Halstead’s parent company.
In his new role, he will work closely with Gerald Makowski, executive director of marketing and James G. Cahill, information and technology officer for Terra Holdings.

Leone joined Terra Holdings in 2004 as the marketing co-ordinator and was subsequently promoted to marketing manager in 2007 and to Director of web marketing and social media in 2011.
Leone will continue to work on advancement of the Terra Holdings entities in the areas of social media, blogging, video, interactive marketing, e-marketing, and other digital marketing related initiatives.
Prior to joining Terra Holdings, Leone gained experience at the sports marketing firm NSM, where he worked directly with events and marketing promotions for Big East Conference basketball and created marketing proposals for the PGA tour.
A member of the American Marketing Association, he graduated with honors from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, with a degree in marketing and finance.

A certified buyer’s representative and negotiation expert, Bolger previously worked in the health industry.
