The Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association held its first monthly luncheon of 2015 at the University Club with Mr. Scott Rechler, Chairman & CEO of RXR Realty, as its guest speaker. Mr. Rechler seized the audience’s attention as he energetically talked about his views and projections for New York City’s real estate market and economy. He also spoke about the creation of RXR Realty and the company’s current portfolio. RXR Realty is rapidly becoming one of New York’s largest and most recognized landlords. Most notably, the company is currently redeveloping 237 Park Avenue, 75 Rockefeller Plaza and Pier 57, in addition to expanding their holdings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and surrounding “Urban-Suburban” areas.
