Hicham Elkerdoudi

Compass announced that agent Hicham Elkerdoudi has joined the company.
An expert in new development and investment properties, Elkerdoudi brings 10 years of industry experience to Compass.
He joins Compass from Corcoran, where for the past eight years he was ranked among the firm’s top sales and rental agents.
Fluent in French, English, and Arabic, Elkerdoudi has a network of European and Middle Eastern buyers and investors. He currently has more than $20 million in new development investment deals in contract.
William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance announced the appointment of real estate industry veteran Kathie Spencer as Senior Vice President – Greater Connecticut Region.
Spencer will cover all counties in the state except for Fairfield.
Before joining William Raveis 15 years ago, Spencer worked in the telecommunications industry, including work as an award-winning sales/marketing professional.
As a Realtor and sales manager, Spencer has grown William Raveis’ West Hartford office by 500 percent. She is a two-time William Raveis’ Manager of the Year recipient (2005 and 2009) and, as a community advocate, is active with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce.
Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Stephen Larkin has joined the firm as Vice President of Public Relations.
He will oversee all corporate communications and public relations initiatives for the firm nationwide.
Larkin most recently held the position of Director at Relevance New York, where he managed a public relations team across an array of real estate, architecture and design accounts.
Before that, hefounded and served as Principal of Larkin Public Relations, where he worked with clients in New York, the Hamptons and Palm Beach.
Previously, Larkin was Vice President of Public Relations for The Corcoran Group. Larkin later worked as a licensed real estate salesperson with Corcoran.
He began his communications career in journalism, serving as a reporter for the Fire Island News, and as an associate producer on Inside Edition.
He holds a Master’s degree of Science in Journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
Stribling and Associates announced that Ashley Murphy has joined the company as the Director of Public Relations, a newly created management position.


Murphy possesses more than a decade of media experience. Most recently, she was the Corporate and Expansion Public Relations Lead at Compas.
Before that, Murphy was an Associate Vice President at Rubenstein where she represented high-profile clients including Stribling and Associates, Extell and The Naftali Group. She had previously served as Director of Public Relations at Douglas Elliman and began her career as a news writer for KYW in Philadelphia
Murphy is a graduate of Trinity College and The Lawrenceville School.
Mirador Real Estate announced that it has just hired five new agents.
On the heels of hiring Daniel Itingen, formerly the leasing manager of Platinum Properties, as Mirador’s leasing director, four other agents formerly of Platinum Properties have come on board .
Mirador welcomes experienced agents Anna Sankova, Brittany Lopez, Todd Kanfer and Racquel Popovic to its residential rentals and sales team.
In addition, Mirador welcomed Charle Webb, an agent with 13 years of experience, formerly of Elliman.
