City Connections Realty has welcomed ten former Coldwell Banker Bellmarc agents to the firm.
Hy Rosen, Myrna Rosen, Adolfo Brenes, Nicolas Bustamante, Janis Cooke, Susie Gomez, Richard Mulholland, Tama Robertson, Eva Posner and Vanessa Palka have all joined CCR.
“I am delighted to have all of these agents with us. There were many firms they could have joined and am happy that they saw great value in, not only our business model, but also our company culture,” said David Schlamm, president and Founder. “Their professionalism and positive attitudes will no doubt blend well with the City Connections culture and its agents.”
Hy and Myrna Rosen are a husband and wife team with 40 years of real estate experience between them. When asked why they chose City Connections, Rosen said, “When we first met David Schlamm he seemed so fair, so down-to-earth, such a straight-shooter. What you see is exactly what you get with him. This has been confirmed by people we know and respect who have known David for many, many years.”
Many of the agents focus of residential sales and Schlamm said he look forward to boosting an already-thriving and growing sales division at the firm.
