VidMob subleases Chipotleʼs Fifth Avenue offices

Savills Studley brokered a sublease for VidMob and Chipotle Mexican Grill at 126 Fifth Avenue.

VidMob is a video creation platform with a global network of professional creatives who produce video content.

The company had outgrown its 6,400 s/f offices at 54 Thompson Street and tapped Savills Studley tenant reps Scott Bogetti and Sean Hoffman, as well as Christopher Thompson of the firm’s Integrated Consulting Strategies practice, to devise a solution.

The team determined a sublease opportunity at 126 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District as the optimal solution. VidMob will sublease 13,700 s/f from Chipotle.

“We secured VidMob a workplace that will help them attract talent and support continued expansion,” said Bogetti.

“VidMob’s new home is perfectly located in Manhattan’s most desirable office market for creative companies, and was fully built, furnished and wired, enabling the company to move in immediately.”

Bogetti, Hoffman and Thompson represented VidMob in the transaction. Savills Studley’s Nick Zarnin represented Chipotle locally alongside Denver-based colleague Greg Bante,
