The Corcoran Group’s senior vice president, Wendy J. Sarasohn, hosted a book party at her Park Avenue home for New York Times best-selling author, Michael Gross, celebrating his latest bestseller, UNREAL ESTATE: Money, Ambition, and the Lust for Land in Los Angeles and previewing his next, House of Outrageous Fortune, which focuses on 15 Central Park West, New York’s most successful new building. Good thing Morgan was surrounded by a crowd of the city’s top brokers because, sources say, she’s selling her Upper East Side townhouse.
