Transactions: GCP Capital’s $27.6M in financing, Eastern Union’s NY, NJ mortgages

Meridian Capital announced the following transactions:

  • A new mortgage of $31,500,000 was placed on a nine-story, 66-unit mixed-use property with 11,150 square feet of retail space located on West 14th Street in New York, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.00% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Avi Weinstock and Chaim Tessler.

    A new mortgage in the amount of $6,750,000 on a six-story, 39-unit multifamily property located on St. Nicholas Avenue in New York, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a five-year term. Avi Weinstock and Michael Farkovits negotiated this transaction.

  • New mortgages totaling $5,800,000 were placed on two multifamily properties comprised of 39 units located on 29th Street and 47th Avenue in Queens, NY. The loans feature rates of 3.25% and five-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Morris Diamant and Joseph Akerman.
