SL Green Realty Corp announced that Landmark Worldwide LLC, an international personal and professional growth, training and development company, signed a 15+ year lease covering 48,713 s/f for the entire concourse level 315 West 33rd Street a/k/a The Olivia.
“We are delighted that Landmark will retain its NYC headquarters at The Olivia,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green.
“Landmark has been a valued tenant since the date the building was constructed in 2000.”
Situated between 33rd and 34th Streets and Eighth and Ninth Avenues, the Olivia is a mixed-use, 36-story residential/commercial tower whose other commercial tenants include the AMC Lowes Movie Theatre and Music Choice.
Dan Gronich and Robert S. Shapiro of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Landmark in the transaction, while David Kaufman acted on behalf of SL Green in-house.
