Done Deals: Three-bedroom penthouse in Greenwood Heights sets new price record

Stribling has helped set a new price record in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn.

The firm just announced a three-bedroom penthouse 324 Twenty, a boutique at 324 20th Street, has been sold for $2.07 million, the highest price ever paid for a condominium in Greenwood Heights.

Developed by HPI Development, 324 Twenty has now fully sold out in six months.

“We are excited, but not at all surprised, that 324 Twenty sold out at such a brisk pace.
