Transactions with Mamoun’s Falafel, Freedom Bank, & Pizza, and Orange Theory Fitness were brokered by Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President, CJ Huter, Vice President, and Roy Paret, Sales Associate from The Goldstein Group who represented the Landlord.
- Orange Theory Fitness leased 3,336 square feet. Brian Battista from Jeffrey Realty represented the tenant.
- Freedom Bank leased 2,092 square feet. They were represented by Tony Ursillo from Ursillo Realty.
