Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a manufacturer of high-quality refrigeration and cooking equipment, has leased 120,550 s/f at 300 Michael Drive, Syosset, New York.
Lee Brodsky, Dan Oliver and Dan Marcus of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented ownership, BEB Real Estate, in the transaction.
The tenant was represented by Richard Caputi, Managing Principal and Ralph Benzakein, Vice President, Cresa Long Island.
The space, comprising nearly half of the building’s 259,150 s/f, was previously leased to Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc.
Sub-Zero and Wolf was outgrowing its distribution, service and maintenance operations that were being run out of two separate buildings in Hicksville totaling 70,000 s/f, and was in need of larger space.
