DTZ negotiated a 63,500 s/f lease at 8 Marlen Drive in the Hamilton Business Center in Hamilton, NJ.
The DTZ team of Robin Ritter-Ceriello and Larry Casey represented the tenant, Global Essence, a provider of natural ingredients for fragrance, flavoring, beauty and household products.
Steve Tolkach and Dov Sorotzkin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Hamilton Business Center.
Global Essence, a Freehold, NJ-based company, required a new corporate headquarters and operations facility that was not only centrally located to the current headquarters, but also provided the necessary flexibility to segregate a variety of fragrance and flavoring products as mandated by law.
The DTZ team, which has a longstanding relationship with Global Essence, matched the company with a motivated owner of a previously vacant property in convenient location with access to major highways for ease of distribution.
“By thoroughly understanding our client’s business goals and growth trajectory, we were able to find the right property at the right time to address the specific individual requirements of our client as well as meeting all of the necessary regulations for the fragrance and flavoring industry,” said Ritter-Ceriello.
