Stribling Marketing Associates, the exclusive sales and marketing team behind the luxury new development project 345 Carroll Street, will host a “Brooklyn Development Tour” on Wednesday, January 21 from 10am to 4pm.
The tour will include stops at seven new development projects in Carroll Gardens, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, Downtown Brooklyn and South Williamsburg.
The day begins at 10am at the 345 Carroll Street sales office, located around the corner from the building site at 396 Court Street.
A shuttle bus will pick up participants at 11am, then stop at all the properties/sales centers in a continued loop. A second pickup at the 345 Carroll Street sales center will take place at 1pm. The event ends 4pm.
