Law firm Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas announced it will absorb the matrimonial, divorce and family law firm Mayerson Abramowitz & Kahn LLP in a merger effective January 1, 2019.
The combined firm will continue to practice under the name Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP (SSRGA). SSRGA will expand its offices from 21,000 to 33,000 s/f of newly constructed space at 444 Madison Avenue.
SSRGA is a full-service law firm with practice areas including real estate, real estate development, cooperative and condominium board representation, real estate-related and commercial litigation, health care, trusts and estates, not-for profit, corporate, landlord/tenant, financing, intellectual property, matrimonial and insurance.
Mayerson Abramowitz & Kahn LLP (MAK) is one of the premier matrimonial, divorce and family law firms in New York City and will continue to concentrate on this practice as the Matrimonial & Family Law Department of SSRGA.
